Q: How do I use the CDs?
A: For best results listen to the music using headphones as this will minimize any outside distractions. Try to listen on a daily basis to begin with.
Q: Does relaxation music work for everyone?
A: Everyone is touched by music in one way or another, and although we cannot guarantee that our music will work for everyone, so far it has had a beneficial effect on everybody who has listened to it.
Q: How do you create your relaxation CDs?
A: All our relaxation music is individually composed, played, recorded and mixed in our own sound studio, to create the ultimate experience in relaxation.
Q: How many albums are available from Relax Music?
A: At present there are four albums available and another soon to be released
Q: Do you have any future releases planned?
A: We are constantly working on new ideas. Our new titles will include a relaxation CD for children and a CD recorded using binaural beats for ultimate relaxation. We are always welcome to suggestions for new compositions.
Q: Are your CDs suitable for use by alternative therapists?
A: Most definitely, yes. They are immensely relaxing and thus very useful for massage therapists, hypnotherapists, reflexologists, counsellors etc. In addition they are great to use during yoga, tai chi, reiki and meditation.

Q: Are my payment and personal details safe when shopping with you?
A: Absolutely. We don't see your card details, we just receive your payment and only use your address details to send out your order. We use Paypal to process your transaction, who have the most secure systems to protect you, the customer.
Q: When will I recieve my order?
A: Once payment is received your CD will be dispatched, normally the same day. UK orders usually reach the customer within 2 days, European orders within 5 days, and the rest of the world in up to 10 days.
Q: What happens if I am not happy with my CD?
A: We are completely sure that your will be delighted with your CD however if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please contact us for a full refund.
Q: What are the postage costs? A: Postage and packing for anywhere in the world is absolutely FREE!

Q: Can my CD be gift wrapped?
A: Please mention when ordering if the CD is a gift and we will wrap it for you at no extra cost.
